Enter ERIC's Microarray Database (login required) ERIC's Microarray Database (a.k.a. mAdb or "Mad Bee") offers users an integrated set of web-based analysis tools and a data management system for storing and analyzing gene expression data. ERIC supports both two channel as well as single channel data such as Affymetrix. mAdb was originally developed for the National Cancer Institute of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
