Introduction to ERIC-BRC
Please join us on July 28, 2008 at 2:00 PM EDT for a web-enabled live demo
of ERIC-BRC.
This quick introduction to our bioinformatics portal will introduce the most
commonly used
features and workflows for finding, adding, and analyzing genomic and proteomic
data associated
with our enteropathogens.
From the comfort and convenience of your desk, you can interactively learn how
to maximize
your ability to use this site to find information relevant to your research.
In addition, the training will teach you how to add your own knowledge to the ERIC annotation system (credited to you). You are the experts on the genes that you study. The entire research community will benefit from your knowledge!
To join the training, no registration is necessary. Just follow the link below. The visual component will be through your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari). Also we welcome requests for ad hoc training sessions - contact us at info@ericbrc.org.
